Unique Absorbent Core
The unique absorbent core at the heart of these pads is made up of a top acquisition layer with citrate which distributes urine into the absorbent core and creates a barrier to prevent moisture rewetting the skin, the middle layer contains fluff mixed with super absorbent polymers and a channel which quickly distributes urine throughout the pad, and a base layer of fluff for wearing comfort.

Wetness against the skin is the last thing you want, apart from being uncomfortable, urine sat against the skin can irritate it causing redness and soreness. The new MoliCare absorbent core has 71% lower rewet compared to the previous product (second mitigation) for a drier product even when sitting or lying in bed.
