Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven, proactive and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to achieve sales growth. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the company through strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  •        Proactively identify new business opportunities by identifying and researching potential customers.
  •        Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  •        Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams.
  •        Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
  •        Track and report on business development activities and results.
  •        Complete inbound/outbound calls to discuss the Andway proposition.
  •        Book appointments and visit potential and new customers if/when required.
  •        Effectively use the CRM to ensure that information is up to date and full call notes are added.

Requirements:

  •        Experience in Business Development / Sales with proven track record of success.
  •        Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.
  •        Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •        Self-motivated.
  •        IT Literate.
  •        Confident on the phone.
  •        Willingness to travel if needed.

Key Targets:

Provide monthly business reporting and forecasting to management on

  •        Expected sales
  •        Number of opportunities.      
  •        Number of calls.
  •        Number of opportunities.
  •        Number of meetings.
  •        New Business Sales.

Schedule:

  •        Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30pm
  •        No weekends

Experience:

  •        New business: 1 Year (preferred)
  •        Lead generation: 1 Year (preferred) 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
