Refill Socket Mop consists of a reusable socket and semi-disposable yarn refill. This means the socket can be used time and time again, while the disposable yarn refills are much easier to recycle at end of life. Plus it’s colour coded to prevent cross-contamination, making it a more hygienic, cost-effective and eco-friendly way to mop.
The Big White Refill mop offers an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional mops and comprises of two parts: a detachable socket and clip; and a replaceable mop refill. When the mop is old and dirty the unique, patented socket simply unclips for easy disposal, reducing plastic waste and saving you money. (UK Patent No. 2497337).
The Refill plastic socket and clip can be washed and reused hundreds of times, and is colour coded to prevent cross-contamination, making mopping more hygienic, cost-effective and eco-friendly.
The Refill kit comes with 20 mops and 10 clips that fit our Hygiene and Composite Handles. The yarn for the Big White mop is made from non-woven spun-lace, is low linting and highly absorbent.
