- Spend reports: we send you a monthly break down of each site’s spend shown against agreed budgets and products. We will help you identify overspending and overstocking.
- Budgeting: we work with you to stretch your budgets further, by looking at usage changes, product savings and equipment savings.
- Usage and product consolidation audits: we work with you to organise and streamline your product range, to ultimately save you time and money.
- Equipment audits: expensive items warrant special attention, and we compile an asset register, track repairs, and help you predict future expenditure.
