Andrew mainly gets involved in Strategy and financial work and also works with the individual managers and team where needed. For 3 years Andrew was a CEO for a small private school.

Annie joined the Andway team in 2022. Annie makes sure our customers are looked after on a daily basis. She's always checking orders are going out correctly, providing quotations, answering queries and making sure our customers can concentrate on doing what they do best. Annie is a mad Formula One fan, drinking Aperol Spritz like its a sport. It is on her bucket list to go to Silverstone to watch a race weekend!

She collaborates closely with our finance team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in our operations. Additionally, she works alongside Theresa from the purchase ledger team leveraging our combined expertise to enhance financial processes and optimise cash flow.

Sarah joined Andway in 2023. On a daily basis she bursts out into song whilst ensuring servicing jobs are booked in, parts are on order and customers are kept complient. Sarah was an avid sleep-talker and sleep-walker as a child - She once even left the house! She has also won Gibraltar's Got Talent when she was 13.

James originally joined us as a driver in August 2021. In October 2023 James joined the team of engineers. His friendly and professional approach to his work makes him very popular with our customers and colleagues alike and he is always on hand for a chat and to resolve any issues for our customers. In his spare time he enjoys (bravely!) volunteering with Calder Rescue as a Motorsport Rescue Technician.
